Our Story

Riot & Anarchy was formed back in 2021 by a husband and wife, Josh and Carly who wanted to created a business that reflected their style, creativity and values as well as showcasing their skills through their handmade products. Based in the outskirts of Ipswich, Queensland, Josh and Carly sell their products as various markets across South-East Queensland but mostly now focusing on selling on their online platforms.

Riot & Anarchy has evolved greatly over the years, starting out with mostly 3D printed animal/human skulls, resin pieces and macramé plant pots.

Carly is a self taught sewist who loves to make items that customers need or have dual purpose. She has now had a particular interest in challenging herself to use more reclaimed textiles and supplies in the upcoming 2026 collections as well as focusing more on one-of-a-kind pieces, not only with homeware products but with also her lost passion for slow-fashion.
