Policies
Processing times
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Custom orders or re-stock orders are subjective, please contact us for an estimate if you need the item ASAP.
Shipping
We currently use Aus Post for shipping, if you would like a different courier please contact us prior to ordering.
Our Aus Post shipping is a flat rate of $15 anywhere in Australia, some items are excluded they are pick up only and will tell you on the product page and at checkout.
Please allow 3-5 business days for Metro areas and 5-7 business days for remote or regional areas.
If you would like your order shipped express, please message us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.
** PLEASE NOTE: We do not have an option for overseas shipping (outside of Australia) on our website, Depending on your location we would be happy to send overseas to you, please message us prior to ordering to arrange shipping. **
Pick Up
We also offer a pick up service, we frequent many events, expos and markets around Ipswich, Brisbane and Lockyer valley regions.
If you would like to pick up an item to avoid shipping, please contact us prior to ordering, if you are unsure if we are near you, have a look at our event page or follow our updates on Instagram to see where we will be.
Refunds & returns
Once the item has been delivered we have a 30 day window for refunds and returns. If your product is broken, missing or not what you ordered please contact us during this time ASAP. We take a lot of pride in our work and want you to be happy with the product, sometimes no matter how well packaged, things get broken. we are more than happy to replace or refund but please message us prior to leaving any negative feedback, we are a small business that rely on reviews and customer feedback.
All item listing have sizes included, it is the customers responsibility to read the description and make sure it is the size they want to purchase, no refunds or returns will be accepted for customers purchasing incorrect sizes.
